"Used to sound better"
It’s clear enough for the most part, but I feel like it used to sound better. Every now and then the audio gets a little tinny, which makes it kind of distracting.
"Support just isn’t there"
I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times and never got a reply. Email, contact form, it didn’t seem to matter. I get that places get busy, and at some point you kind of just accept it, but it’s frustrating when you actually need help with an order. I probably wouldn’t buy from here again because the support feels basically nonexistent...

"Decent, but feels a bit overpriced"
In my opinion, it works fine for what it is, but I just don’t feel like the quality matches the price. Maybe my expectations were a little higher, but for what I paid, I was hoping for something a bit better.

"Bluetooth feels like the weak spot"
The hearing aid itself is okay, but the Bluetooth has been kind of a letdown. It’ll pair fine one day, then suddenly drop or take ages to reconnect to my phone like it just doesn’t want to cooperate. Calls get crackly here and there too, which is frustrating when you’re trying to use it normally. I feel like this should’ve been smoother for everyday use. It’s not a terrible product, but the Bluetooth side really seems like it needed more attention.

It works okay overall, but having to clean it every single day gets old fast. The tiny parts seem to get dirty way quicker than I expected, that part was weird. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes using it less convenient

The sound is okay overall, but the volume control is way too touchy. It keeps jumping louder than my dad wants, and it’s frustrating for him to adjust. What makes it more annoying is that stuff like this always seems to fall into some policy loophole where it’s not technically “broken,” so getting a proper fix or return feels harder than it should be.

"Refund showed up way faster than I expected"
So, I kind of ordered the wrong thing by mistake and, yeah, I had to ask for a refund. i figured it might be a whole back-and-forth situation, but they replied quickly and got it sorted without making it weird. The money was back in my account after a few days, which was a nice surprise. Just really easy overall, no drama or anything, and I definitely appreciated that.

"Didn’t notice much difference"
I used it consistently for a few weeks hoping my hearing would clear up, but based on my experience, everything still sounded muffled. Since I didn’t really feel any improvement, it wasn’t worth it for me.

"Cuts out and no one seems to own the issue"
It works okay when it’s running, but it cuts out sometimes for no clear reason. What’s more frustrating is that it’s not obvious who’s actually responsible for fixing it or who I’m supposed to contact when it happens. Feels like the ownership of the problem is kind of unclear.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered from smarthearingaid.com and was actually suprised how quick the shipping was. I figured it would take a while, but it got here in just a few days. The tracking worked fine too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. No problems at all, happy with how it went.

"Not great once there’s background noise"
I really wanted this to help in busy places, but the noise reduction just doesn’t make it make sense. In cafes or near traffic, it still picks up way too much going on around me, and voices end up sounding kind of muddy. At home, it’s fine, and setting it up wasn’t a big deal, but I expected it to be more useful for everyday situations. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it gets frustrating fast anytime there’s noise around.

"Charges fine, except when I messed it up once"
The battery charges fine most nights. I only had one time where it didn’t charge, but I think that was on me because I didn’t set it on the charger quite right.

I tried to return my hearing aid i wasn’t expecting it to turn into such a headache. The emails took longer than I thought they would, and the return instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling like I was going around in circles. It added a bunch of unnecessary stress for something that should’ve been simple. Maybe the product works well for other people, but the return process really left a bad impression on me

"Speech is so much clearer now"
I bought these for my dad from smarthearingaid.com, and the biggest difference he noticed right away was how much clearer people sound
Before this, he was always asking us to repeat things, especially during dinner or when the TV was on in the background. Now he usually catches what we’re saying the first time, which has made conversations way less frustrating for everyone
They did need a little adjusting at first, so they weren’t perfect straight out of the box, but once we got them tuned properly they’ve been working really well. Happy with them so far

The sound is decent for the price, so I can’t complain toooo much there. But the case and buttons do feel kinda cheap in the hand. It’s still working fine after a few weeks, I’m just not super sure how looong it’ll actually last.

I tried using the promo and it just never worked. I reached out to support, but instead of actually helping, they basically ignored the issue and sent the same canned apology type of response. I don’t need a copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience” message, I need someone to fix the problem. Really frustrating experience.

Am I the only one who had a really frustrating time with tech support? I was just trying to get help setting things up, but the replies were super slow and felt like copy-paste answers. Nothing they suggested actually fixed the problem, and I kept having to explain the same issue over and over. It ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

"My hearing aid showed up fast…"
My hearing aid showed up fast, which was a nice surprise. Setting it up took maybe 10 minutes total. The instructions were simple enough, and the little support tips basically said something like, “charge it up, turn it on, and adjust from there,” which was pretty much all I needed. I didn’t even have to call anyone for help, so overall it was a really smooth experience.

"Super easy to set up"
This was way easier to set up than I expected. I’m not exactly a tech whiz, but I had it up and running quick, and the controls were straightforward. Ordering from smarthearingaid.com was a breeze too. I’ve been using it every day and so far, no major issues at all. Solid, not gonna lie.
